Work should fit inside the day.
Dayframe is a small team building AI project software that does the reporting, so everyone else can get on with the work.

Why Dayframe exists

In 2022 our founders were running three product teams and writing the same Friday update for the fifth week in a row. Nothing was wrong with the work. It just kept getting described instead of done.
So we built what we wanted: software that reads the tools a team already uses, writes the update itself, and flags the slipping deadline before the meeting where somebody finds out. People stay in charge of every decision. Dayframe just does the paperwork.
Four years and 1,200 teams later, that is still the whole idea.

Three things we won’t trade away
Quiet by default
Dayframe speaks up when something needs a person, and stays out of the way when it doesn’t.
Show the work
Every suggestion links to the tasks and messages behind it, so you can check it in ten seconds.
People approve
Nothing is sent, moved or closed until someone says yes. We built the undo button first.
Our four years
Mostly small steps, and a few big ones.
2022
Two founders, one Friday update
The first prototype read a shared calendar and wrote the weekly note. Ten friendly teams used it.
2023
Public beta
Smart prioritization and the live workload view shipped. 400 teams by December.
2024
Integrations and approvals
Two hundred apps connected, and every suggestion started needing a yes. Dayframe Teams launched.
2025
Rated #1 by TechStar
Automations that report back, plus a weekly note on the hours returned to the team.
2026
1,200+ teams
Still 38 people, and still someone who reads every support email.
Small team, long memory
We keep the company small on purpose, so the people who build Dayframe still talk to the people who use it.
